InfoPrint Solutions Company, a joint venture between IBM and Ricoh, announced today that their Suite of TransPromo Solutions was named a MUST SEE ‘EM® and Productivity Tracker efficiency management software was awarded a Worth a Look® at GraphExpo 2008. The InfoPrint 5000 color inkjet was also honored with an ENCORE Must See ‘Em award, a reminder to visit the company that won a MUST SEE ‘EM at last year’s Graph Expo. With these honors, InfoPrint Solutions Company reinforces its leadership in providing output solutions for businesses large and small.

The MUST SEE ‘EM Awards, sponsored by PrintCom Consulting Group are presented to products and technologies that exemplify innovation in the graphic communications industry. The MUST SEE ‘EMs recognition program, a part of the EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK® Conference, is designed to highlight GRAPH EXPO’s most unique, innovative and compelling products and services for the printer or converter attending the Conference and/or show.

The InfoPrint Suite of TransPromo Solutions consists of InfoPrint 5000, InfoPrint ProcessDirector (IPPD) and best-of-breed software offerings from SAS® Customer Intelligence, MAPPING, StreamServe, Exstream and Prinova. With the InfoPrint 5000, businesses can use color to make TransPromo communications even more attention-grabbing and effective. The software components are IPPD which provides a scalable output management workflow system and InfoPrint Manager (IPM) which optimizes database analytics, statement design and composition and direct marketing content from one, centralized suite. Two other key components of the Suite of TransPromo Solutions is InfoPrint’s worldwide TransPromo Consulting Practice and the worldwide InfoPrint maintenance team.

Industry-leading InfoPrint Productivity Tracker, recognized as a Worth a Look, is self-service software that helps collect and analyze on-demand operational data for continuous forms printers including the next-generation digital monochrome platform InfoPrint 4100 and full color inkjet system, the InfoPrint 5000. The solution allows production managers to gain detailed insights into the workings of hardware that can optimize print operations, maximize printer utilization and minimize labor costs. In the end, this offering reduces the total cost of printing.

The return winner to the MUST SEE ‘EMs, the InfoPrint 5000, is a full color continuous forms inkjet printing system. The market-leading platform is now shipping with AFP support, providing monochrome users all the benefits of AFP for their full color applications while making TransPromo a realistic proposition for businesses that print transaction documents.
