Based out of North Harbour, Portsmouth IBM and Ricoh are working together to deliver the Infoprint solution.

IBM ADF Workflow uses factory production techniques to control, monitor and execute statement production processes. IBM Workflow provides a single point of control for statement production from data inception through to mailing.

The Automated Document Factory software will manage the flow of work across many devices and will track a jobs progress across the entire process. IBM Infoprint claims that their software will work with document composition, print queue management and printers, and mailing machines, monitoring the workloads of each.

As one of the more mature solutions on the market, IBM Infoprint Workflow is worth a look.
